Perrin, CEO/Principal is a grant writing development specialist, trainer and facilitator.  Jean has over 15 years of experience in the area of corporate education and business solutions in a higher education environment. She also has expertise in management and soft skills training, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Individuals who have worked with Jean value her commitment, persistence and honesty.  She has written successful grant proposals over five million dollars. Jean has presented on business and industry training at the National Conference for Workforce Education and the conference for the Department of Labor.  Jean has a Masters in Adult Education from Indiana University and is a PhD candidate in Adult Education at Walden University.

 

Perrin Consulting GroupPrince Covington, Sr., senior consultant, has devoted the majority of his professional life to the training field. In 1977, he began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps and was appointed as the Training Non-Commissioned Officer of his unit. He was responsible for the leadership training of hundreds of Marines on the base. During his career, Prince has taught front line managers in the areas of management and supervision. He is also an adjunct faculty member at both Ivy Tech Community College and Lake Michigan College teaching Basic Business and Business Management. Prince has earned a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Administration. He also earned the Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame. Prince is also in the U.S. Army Reserves as an Army instructor where he co-instructs at the Army Leadership Academy. People who have trained with Prince comment on his engaging presentation style with real world application customized for the clients’ organizational culture.

 

Micky at Perrin Consulting GroupMickey Hay, senior consultant, specializes in personal and organizational leadership development. Mickey also coaches, facilitates retreats and writes a blog around the topic of “thriving in the third act” designed for people who are ready to pursue more fulfilling, expansive, and rich lives. She brings to her current career 25 years of experience as an administrator in higher education, serving on national boards and presenting at conferences throughout North America. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrews University.
